Meet the Owners of Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare, Inc.
Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare, Inc. is a locally-owned and operated company that takes pride in being properly insured, professional, conscientious, and client-focused. Our knowledgeable and well-trained teams will arrive in our clearly marked vehicles with high-quality equipment that is serviced regularly and meet or exceed the industry standards.
Meet Kim and Mike Lewey, Co-Owners of Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare, Inc.
Kim and Mike work very well as a team - in their business and in their marriage. Together they have been managing Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare since 2001, and even more impressive, they recently celebrated their 30th anniversary. With teamwork like that, it's no wonder that they are surrounded by satisfied employees and clients.
The Leweys left their management positions early in the millennium after a combined 35 years of service with their respective companies. They feel very thankful and fortunate to have been able to harness their talents to create and sustain Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare. They treasure the independence and flexibility they have to customize their services to meet the needs of their clients and staff.
Mike currently manages at least three teams of professionals, serving commercial and residential clients. He thoroughly enjoys working with his clients and staff. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Mike personally inspects and assesses all potential properties to provide each property owner with accurate advice and a clear services estimate.
Kim enjoys managing the financial and marketing aspects of the business. Kim uses her talents to maintain a stable and financially healthy company. She also uses her business networking and marketing skills to help the company grow. Together, Mike and Kim ensure that Lewey Landscaping & LawnCare, Inc. will be around to support their clients and staff for years to come.
Both Kim and Mike are very active in the Triangle community. Mike is a member of the Wake County Wildlife Club and has been actively involved in their annual Dixie Deer Classic for over ten years. Kim is an integral member of the National Association Women Business Owners, Greater Raleigh (NAWBO-GR). She is currently serving as Director of Corporate Relations on their board. Kim has also been involved with various community non-profits over the last fifteen years and is currently raising funds and awareness for Triangle Family Services through a host social group affectionately known as the “Wackies (W5)”. As a core member of their fundraising arm, W5 hosts a major event each year to benefit a deserving Triangle non-profit.
