About Your Grass
The type of grass you have, cool season like Fescue or warm season like Bermuda or Zoysia, will impact the types of maintenance, nutrient requirements and management program we recommend. When Spring Has Sprung
This pre-emergent application provides the best defense against crabgrass, which slowly destroys the health of your lawn and surrounding landscape. The application used also provides a slow release fertilizer. Broadleaf weeds will have already germinated, but may also be targeted with a post emergent application in conjunction with the pre-emergent.
During Late Spring
This application further controls the growth and/or spread of crabgrass. The slow release fertilizer it contains provides the right amount of nitrogen your lawn needs through the heavy growth spring season. It may also be applied in conjunction with a post-emergent application for broadleaf weeds.
In The Thick Of Summer
Summertime can be brutal to any lawn, but especially a lawn that has not yet matured. This iron application is formulated to help your lawn thrive during the hot months. It has an extended nutrient release, micro nutrients for improved color and high potassium for improved plant stress tolerance. Additional applications for weeds and crabgrass are also available.
In The Fall
If you have fescue grass throughout any of the property, fall is ideal for fescue new growth. Fescue uses the fall to prepare for the harshness of winter and will store plant-saving nutrients within its roots. Fall applications are formulated to improve your grass density and encourage root growth. Fall is also an ideal time of year to consider our aeration and overseeding services.
During The Winter Months
An application that provides concentrated amounts of nitrogen to promote the growth of strong, substantive roots will ensure a healthier, thicker and noticeably greener lawn in the following spring.
